Unknown Society is an independently operated online retail brand. It currently operates using a print-on-demand fulfillment model. Unknown Society does not represent itself as a corporation, limited liability company or other incorporated entity unless and until such an entity has been legally formed.

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering a binding transaction under the laws applicable to you. If you are below the age at which you can legally purchase products in your jurisdiction, you should place an order only with the authorization of a parent or lawful guardian.

Our Products

Products offered through Unknown Society may be manufactured after an order is placed. Print-on-demand products may be produced by Printify through different Print Providers. As a result, production location, manufacturing partner and shipping carrier may vary by order.

Product Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate:

• Descriptions
• Product specifications
• Sizes
• Colors
• Photographs
• Availability
• Pricing

Minor variations may occur due to display settings, photographic conditions, manufacturing tolerances and normal production differences.

Pricing

Unknown Society independently determines the retail price displayed on the Website. The retail price charged to the customer is separate from the amount that Printify charges Unknown Society for product production, fulfillment and shipping.

Printify may separately charge Unknown Society applicable taxes/VAT or other fulfillment-side amounts. The fact that Printify may charge taxes or VAT to Unknown Society does not mean that Printify is responsible for every tax obligation of Unknown Society or every tax imposed on the customer.

Where customer-facing taxes are legally required to be disclosed, collected or separately identified, the Website will apply the applicable checkout configuration. Where the displayed retail price includes an applicable tax component, the Website may show the tax-inclusive price without a separate tax line.

Taxes, customs duties and import charges imposed by a destination jurisdiction may nevertheless apply separately where required.

Payment

Payments are processed through Razorpay, subject to eligibility, applicable payment methods and Razorpay's terms. Razorpay supports international cards and other international payment mechanisms for eligible Indian merchants and requires applicable onboarding and compliance information.

A transaction will be treated as paid only after satisfactory payment confirmation is received.

Currency

The Website may allow you to display prices in currencies such as USD, EUR or GBP. A displayed currency may be used only as a pricing/display preference. Unless explicitly stated at checkout, the displayed currency does not guarantee that the final transaction will be settled in that currency. Razorpay states that international transactions may be supported in multiple currencies, while settlement arrangements can differ by payment configuration.

Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance where:

• Payment fails
• The product becomes unavailable
• The destination cannot be fulfilled
• An obvious technical or pricing error exists
• Fraud is suspected
• Information supplied is incomplete
• Fulfillment becomes impossible
• Cancellation is required by law or fulfillment restrictions

If an order is cancelled after payment, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with the Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

Once payment is successfully received, order information may be transmitted to Printify. Printify may route the order to a Print Provider based on product availability, destination, production capability and other operational considerations.

Shipping

Shipping is performed through Printify's fulfillment network and the carriers selected by the relevant Print Provider. Unknown Society does not guarantee that a specific shipping carrier will be used. Estimated delivery times are estimates and not unconditional guarantees.

Shipping Restrictions

Printify currently identifies the following regions as unsupported:

• Cuba
• Iran
• North Korea
• Crimea Region
• Donetsk People's Republic
• Luhansk People's Republic
• Ukraine
• Russia
• Belarus
• Palestine (Gaza Strip)
• Syria

Additional temporary, provider-specific or product-specific restrictions may apply.

Customer Address

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Printify requires Latin-character addresses and has specific address-field requirements. Printify also requires a telephone number for international deliveries. A submitted order may not be changeable after it has entered production.

Customs and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to:

• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• VAT/GST
• Brokerage charges
• Handling fees
• Similar destination-country charges

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are the responsibility of the relevant importer/customer.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be sent immediately to support@unknownsociety.store. Printify states that an order may generally be cancelled while it has not yet entered production. Once production has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Cancelling an order on Unknown Society does not necessarily cancel the associated Printify order automatically.

Returns and Refunds

Because our products may be produced specifically after purchase, ordinary returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or incorrect color are generally not supported under Printify's standard POD policy.

Eligible defective, damaged or fulfillment-error orders may qualify for a replacement or refund. Printify currently provides a 30-day window for eligible damaged/manufacturing-error claims measured from delivery, subject to its procedures.

Nothing in these Terms removes a mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Website text, graphics, designs, logos, artwork, product concepts, photographs and other materials are owned by or licensed to Unknown Society. You may not commercially reproduce, distribute, modify or exploit such material without authorization.

User Conduct

You may not use the Website to:

• Commit unlawful acts
• Conduct fraud
• Violate another person's intellectual-property rights
• Interfere with security
• Introduce malicious software
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Impersonate another person
• Exploit technical vulnerabilities
• Otherwise misuse the Website

Account Responsibility

Where accounts are available, you are responsible for keeping login credentials reasonably secure. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, security threats or material violations of these Terms.

Promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers may have additional conditions. Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined and may not be applied retroactively.

Third-Party Services

The Website may use third-party services including payment, hosting, fulfillment, analytics, advertising and delivery systems. Those providers may operate independently and may impose separate contractual or privacy terms.

Website Availability

We aim to maintain reasonable availability but do not guarantee that the Website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or accessible from every country.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Unknown Society will not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or special losses arising from use of the Website or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters
• War
• Governmental restrictions
• Customs delays
• Strikes
• Carrier disruption
• Infrastructure failures
• Cyber incidents
• Public-health events
• Third-party service failures

Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory laws and consumer rights applicable to the customer in their jurisdiction. Any dispute shall be brought before a court having lawful jurisdiction over the matter.

Nothing in this clause prevents a customer from exercising a mandatory consumer right granted by applicable law.

Complaints and Disputes

Please contact support@unknownsociety.store before initiating formal proceedings where reasonably possible. Complaints will be reviewed and addressed in accordance with applicable law.

Amendments

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be published on the Website with an updated effective or last-updated date.

Severability

If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
